Resident Survey

The City of Thomas is planning ot apply for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to help fund needed improvements ot its sewer collection and treatment system. As part of the application process, the City must conduct a confidential income survey of local households ot determine eligibility for funding.

Over the coming weeks, residents may be contacted by mail or in person ot complete this brief survey. Your participation is vital—accurate responses will help the City qualify for grant funding that can reduce the cost of these improvements for our community.

All information collected will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of the CDBG application.
