Public Hearing Febrary 10, 2026

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Thomas will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, 5:30 p.m. at

Thomas City Hall, 307 Spruce Street, Thomas, WV. The City is considering applying to the State

of West Virginia Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The purpose of the

hearing is to obtain information on the community development and housing needs including

the needs of the low-and moderate-income persons of City of Thomas. All interested persons

are urged to attend.

This hearing will be an opportunity for interested citizens to express their views on a potential

application submitted by the City of Thomas for CDBG funds. Written comments will be received

by the City of Thomas, 307 Spruce Street, Thomas, WV 26292 until February 10, 2026 for those

unable to attend.
